This session helps me as the coach get to know you and what it is you are wanting to do in your life, but it also allows you to make sure I am a good fit for you as well. This is how I begin each and every coaching relationship so we have the space to feel comfortable taking this journey together. We will explore your health goals and concerns and how we might work together to find the results you have been searching for. This is a perfect opportunity to ask any and all questions about my programs and coaching in general.
